REFUND POLICY

We prepare highly researched and well-crafted academic papers within the deadline given by our clients. Though we work in a well-oiled structured manner, yet seldom does it happen that a client isn’t happy with the final order. In order to be fair to them, we bring our Refund Policy into play, whose details are explained here:

A. Under the following circumstances, we offer our clients a refund:
1. The delivery date of the order is not adhered to without the client’s permission or without setting another delivery date.
2. The entire paper is plagiarized.
3. The client’s instructions are not adhered to, and despite his repeated requests, the writer does not revise the paper satisfactorily.

The client is permitted a refund within five days after delivery of the order. Our Quality team vets a client’s request for a refund and if found legitimate, processes the refund within 10 working days. This decision of this team is final and no dispute is entertained. A 10% processing fee is cut before handing over the refund to the client.

B. Under the following circumstances, we offer our clients a partial refund:
1. For all claims for refund made within 12 hours of placing the order, 20% will be cut from the total amount paid.
2. For all claims for refund made within 24 hours of placing the order, 50% will be cut from the total amount paid.
3. For all claims for refund made within 36 hours of placing the order, 75% will be cut from the total amount paid.
4. For all claims for refund made after 48 hours of placing the order, no refund will be given.
